  • Lauren Lewis

    Lead Fitness Instructor

    Lauren has worked in the fitness industry since 1986 - and still going strong! Lauren loves finding ways to make boring, tedious, difficult or painful exercises more doable and even enjoyable. She loves seeing progress in people who have not previously seen success, and showing them how exercise can not only be beneficial, but fun!

    Move & Shout®, Standing Warriors, Young Onset Circuit Training, and Cardio & Cognition.


  • Nancy Bain

    Nancy has been working with PFP since our very first class in 2013. She is a lifelong dancer and educator. Nancy began dancing at a semi-professional company at a young age, and started teaching both children and adults at 16! She has a masters in Dance and Dance Education from NYU and has extensive teaching experience in public and private schools and community centers.

    What excites Nancy most about PFP classes is seeing the joy our participants experience.

  • Polly Caprio

    Polly has worked as a health educator in the fitness industry ever since she graduated from college over 40 years ago. Fitness is exciting to her because it has the ability to enhance the quality of people’s lives in a big way. She has witnessed so many beautiful and wonderful improvements in the quality of life for people when they exercise.

  • Debbie Rosenberg

    Debbie has worked in the fitness industry for over 45 years! She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Class instructor, is certified in Yoga, Pilates, Senior Fitness, Balance Training, SilverSneakers, Fusion Workouts, TRX, Strength, and Conditioning. Her goal is to help participants improve their quality of life. "Motion is the lotion” is her favorite saying!

  • Mary Holder

    Mary has worked in the fitness industry for over 40 years! She has experience working with Silver Sneakers, Older Adult Exercise (Cooper Institute), and more! Her motto is, “exercise is the best medicine, and it’s free!“

  • Nadine Eram

    Nadine is a a physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience working in Geriatric care. She is also a qualified yoga, meditation and Pilates teacher. She loves how slowing down and mindfully moving and breathing can create huge internal shifts within us. Her focus when teaching Relax and Reset is to encourage people to pause, take time out for themselves and just be. Her hope is that you feel more ease, peace and relief in your body and mind after taking her class.

  • Angie Cervi

    Fitness and health have long been a personal priority for Angie. Right after she graduated from the University of Texas, she was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. That shifted her health journey into high gear. She believes fitness should also be enjoyable so people want to keep coming back. That’s why she works to find music that’s motivating and to create an atmosphere that’s welcoming both mentally and physically. After serving PFP as a volunteer for several years, we asked Angie is she’d be interested in going through training to work with PFP participants and she didn’t hesitate with her “YES!”

  • Lola Ortiz

    Lola has 14 years of experience in the fitness industry, working in both corporate wellness centers and community gyms. She is a certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor and holds additional certifications in Zumba B1, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Pop Pilates, and SilverSneakers. What really excites Lola about fitness is helping people feel better-stronger, more confident, and more energized.
